We want you to book with confidence. Our cancellation policy is simple, fair, and transparent.
Full refund
Cancel more than 7 days before your check-in date and receive a full refund of all payments made. No questions asked.
First night charged
Cancel less than 7 days before your check-in date and only the first night will be charged. The rest of your payment will be refunded.
No refund
If you do not cancel and fail to arrive, the full booking amount will be charged. Please always let us know if your plans change — we are happy to help.
Free cancellation before charge date
If you chose "Reserve Now, Pay Later", your card is not charged until 14 days before check-in. You may cancel at any time before the charge is processed at no cost. After the charge, the standard cancellation tiers above apply.
Non-refundable
If you choose "Pay Now", you lock in our lowest price — an extra 3% off — in exchange for a non-refundable booking. The standard cancellation tiers above do not apply to this rate. We may still offer a goodwill refund at our discretion, so please get in touch if your plans change.
To cancel your booking, please contact us at hello@sabinillasbeach.com or via WhatsApp. We will process your cancellation and any applicable refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Extras and add-on services follow the same cancellation policy as the main booking. If you cancel your booking, all associated extras will also be cancelled and refunded according to the policy above. Individual extras can be cancelled up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund.
If you need to change your dates, please contact us as soon as possible. Date changes are subject to availability and may result in a price adjustment based on the seasonal rates for the new dates. We will do our best to accommodate your request.
In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a full refund or date change at no additional cost.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. This protects you in case you need to cancel for reasons not covered by our policy, such as illness, family emergencies, or flight cancellations.
