What is the cancellation policy?

Free cancellation more than 7 days before check-in for a full refund. Less than 7 days: only the first night is charged, the rest is refunded. No-show without cancellation: full charge. If you chose Pay Later, you can cancel at no cost before your card is charged. Our discounted Pay Now rate is non-refundable in exchange for the lower price. Check-in is from 16:00 (4 PM) and check-out is by 10:00 (10 AM). Need more flexibility? Early check-in from 12:00 and late check-out until 16:00 are available as bookable extras for €30 each, subject to availability.
