Cancellation Policy

We want you to book with confidence. Our cancellation policy is simple, fair, and transparent.

24-hour grace period

Changed your mind right after booking? You can cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund — including the non-refundable Pay Now rate — as long as your check-in is at least 7 days away.

More than 7 days before check-in

Full refund

Cancel more than 7 days before your check-in date and receive a full refund of all payments made. No questions asked.

Less than 7 days before check-in

First night charged

Cancel less than 7 days before your check-in date and only the first night will be charged. The rest of your payment will be refunded.

No-show

Prepaid bookings: no refund · Pay on Arrival: first night charged

If you do not cancel and fail to arrive, a prepaid booking (Pay Now or Reserve Now, Pay Later) is not refunded. A Pay on Arrival booking is charged the first night to the card saved as a guarantee, and the remaining nights are released. Please always let us know if your plans change — we are happy to help.

"Reserve Now, Pay Later" bookings

Free cancellation before charge date

If you chose "Reserve Now, Pay Later", your card is not charged until 14 days before check-in. You may cancel at any time before the charge is processed at no cost. After the charge, the standard cancellation tiers above apply.

"Pay on Arrival" bookings

Free cancellation up to 7 days before check-in · first night charged inside 7 days

If you chose "Pay on Arrival", nothing is paid when you book: you pay the full amount in cash at check-in and receive a receipt. The card you provide is saved only as a guarantee — no amount is reserved or charged on it. Cancel more than 7 days before check-in and nothing is ever charged. Cancel within 7 days of check-in, or do not arrive, and the first night of your stay is charged to that card; the remaining nights are not charged and the dates are released. The exact first-night amount is shown when you book and in your confirmation email.

"Pay Now" (best-price) rate

Non-refundable — but your dates are flexible

If you choose "Pay Now", you lock in our lowest price — an extra 3% off — in exchange for a non-refundable booking. The standard cancellation tiers above do not apply to this rate, with one exception: you can still cancel within 24 hours of booking for a full refund, as long as your check-in is at least 7 days away.

Instead of a refund, every Pay Now booking includes one free date change: move your stay to any available dates up to 14 days before your original check-in, directly from your guest area. If the new dates cost more, you only pay the difference; if they cost less or the same, your price stays as paid. After that, we may still offer a goodwill refund at our discretion — so please get in touch if your plans change.

How to Cancel

To cancel your booking, please contact us at hello@sabinillasbeach.com or via WhatsApp. We will process your cancellation and any applicable refund within 5-10 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.

Extras Cancellation

Extras and add-on services follow the same cancellation policy as the main booking. If you cancel your booking, all associated extras will also be cancelled and refunded according to the policy above. Individual extras can be cancelled up to 48 hours before check-in for a full refund.

Date Changes — Always an Option

Plans shifted? Before cancelling, remember you can move your booking to new dates instead — with no amendment fee, ever. Subject to availability:

• Pay Now bookings: one free date change is included. Change your dates yourself from your guest area up to 14 days before your original check-in. If the new dates are more expensive (for example moving into high season), only the price difference is payable; if they are cheaper or the same, your price stays as paid.
• Flexible bookings (Pay Later / Pay on Arrival): contact us and we will happily move your dates. Comparable dates in the same calendar year keep your original price; otherwise the stay is re-priced at the current rates for the new dates.

Force Majeure

In the event of extraordinary circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.), we will work with you to find a fair solution, which may include a full refund or date change at no additional cost.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage. This protects you in case you need to cancel for reasons not covered by our policy, such as illness, family emergencies, or flight cancellations.
