About Sabinillas & Manilva
San Luis de Sabinillas is a working Andalusian fishing village on the western Costa del Sol, in the municipality of Manilva, Málaga province, Spain. It has stayed low-rise and quieter than Marbella or Puerto Banús further east — locals still fill the bars at weekday lunch, and Spanish families holiday here every August.

Air temperature, humidity and pressure are measured on-site by a private weather station on the Sabinillas seafront, kept in the shade so the readings reflect real beach conditions rather than an inland airport. Sea temperature, wind, UV and the forecast are modelled from satellite and weather data, and a year-round temperature history is published on the same page.

Sabinillas Beach is run directly by Alexander, an English/Spanish/German-speaking host who lives locally in Sabinillas, welcomes every guest in person, and built the live webcam and weather feed on this site himself.
